7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Sunrise Regional Community Policing - Crime
10 Prevention Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in
11 The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is
12 described in Appropriations Project Request 433, herein
13 incorporated by reference.
14 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
15 of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the
16 Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Sunrise Regional
17 Community Policing - Crime Prevention Program as described in
18 Appropriations Project Request 433.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
