6 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

8 Section 1. North Ridge Trail Expansion is an
9 Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida
10 House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations
11 Project Request 329, herein incorporated by reference.
12 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
13 of $5,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund
14 is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the
15 North Ridge Trail Expansion as described in Appropriations
16 Project Request 329.
17 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
