7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Broward County Long Acting Injectable
10 Buprenorphine Pilot Program is an Appropriations Project as
11 defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and
12 is described in Appropriations Project Request 424, herein
13 incorporated by reference.
14 Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum
15 of $158,184 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the
16 Department of Children and Families to fund the Broward County
17 Long Acting Injectable Buprenorphine Pilot Program as described
18 in Appropriations Project Request 424.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
