His career encompassed roles in politics, public affairs, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship, including serving as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner and as a partner and Chief Technology Officer at Connections Media LLC. He also owned Old School Hardware, a beloved local business, and was an advocate for housing security and community engagement through music.
The resolution formally recognizes Mr. Lepanto's significant impact on his neighborhood and the broader community, celebrating his spirit and dedication to public service. It is titled the Philip Lepanto Ceremonial Recognition Resolution of 2026 and will take effect immediately upon publication in the District of Columbia Register.
