The proposed Modification No. M03 to Human Care Agreement No. CW119018 with DB Grant Associates Inc. seeks to exercise option year two of the contract, which is set to run from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a not-to-exceed amount of $3,147,062. Under this modification, DB Grant Associates Inc. will provide educational training, occupational training, and job placement services for approximately 200 participants in the District's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program. The funding for this contract has been certified as available in the District's Federal Budget and Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 2027.

Additionally, the modification includes several administrative updates, such as the revision of wage determinations in accordance with the Department of Labor and adjustments to the District's minimum and living wage rates.
