The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) has reviewed the Mayor's request and found that the reprogramming will not adversely impact the overall budget of DOES or the District's financial plan. The OCFO has no objections to the request, emphasizing that the funds are available due to accumulated vacancy savings within the UI program. If the reprogramming is delayed, the agency may face challenges in funding necessary contractual services for the UI program in FY 2026, potentially hindering its operations.
