Under her leadership, the Xi Omega Chapter experienced significant growth, increasing its membership from 500 to over 700 and awarding at least $100,000 in annual scholarships.

Additionally, Ms. Hill has made substantial contributions to the sorority at both regional and international levels, serving on various committees and supporting educational initiatives through the Pearl and Ivy Educational Foundation. The resolution commends her transformational leadership and the continued impact of the Xi Omega Chapter on the D.C. community, recognizing her commitment to service and sisterhood.
