Ms. Moses Perez is a licensed real estate salesperson with over 15 years of experience in the industry, currently leading BBL Processors LLC, which provides consulting and compliance solutions for real estate transactions in D.C. She is actively involved in the D.C. Association of Realtors and has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and a Master of Public Administration from New York University. The proposed resolution for her confirmation will take effect immediately upon adoption by the Council.
