Her qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in English, along with a strong background in managing U.S. government-funded programs and technical writing.
The proposed resolution confirms Ms. Flood's appointment to the Board of Library Trustees for the remainder of an unexpired term ending January 5, 2031. The resolution will take effect immediately upon adoption by the Council of the District of Columbia, and a copy will be transmitted to both the nominee and the Mayor. The legal sufficiency of the resolution has been reviewed and deemed unobjectionable by the Office of the General Counsel to the Mayor.
