The bill titled "Modification Nos. 6 and 7 to Contract No. DCAM-22-CS-RFP-0019 with Smoot Construction Company of Washington, DC Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2025" seeks to approve two modifications to an existing contract with Smoot Construction Company and authorize payment for the goods and services provided under this contract.
