The "Modification Nos. M0013 and M0014 to Contract No. CW100362 with DC Doors, Inc. Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2025" is an emergency measure approved by the Council of the District of Columbia. This act authorizes the approval of two modifications to an existing contract with DC Doors, Inc., allowing for payment of up to $1,043,954.56 for goods and services that have been received and will be received under the contract. The act is enacted under the provisions of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act and waives certain requirements of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010.

The act will take effect upon approval by the Mayor and will remain in effect for a maximum of 90 days, in accordance with the emergency provisions outlined in the Home Rule Act.
