In Fiscal Year 2026, the CFO may forgive up to $377,000 in real property taxes, interest, penalties, fees, and related charges for this property, provided it is occupied by Avanti Real Estate Services, LLC and used for purposes related to real estate services, employment of District residents, and education in the real estate industry. Additionally, any tax sales conducted to collect forgiven delinquencies will be canceled.
