His term on the board is set to end on June 4, 2028.

The proposed resolution, titled the "Green Finance Authority Board Edward Hubbard Confirmation Resolution of 2025," seeks to confirm Mr. Hubbard's reappointment. The resolution outlines the Council's intent to support his continued service on the board, which plays a crucial role in promoting green finance initiatives in the District of Columbia. Following the resolution's adoption, a copy will be transmitted to both the nominee and the Mayor, and it will take effect immediately.
