The Chief Financial Officer, Glen Lee, has reviewed the Mayor's request and confirmed that the reprogramming will not adversely impact ONSE's budget or the District's financial plan. The funds are available due to the original appropriation and require reprogramming to align with revised spending plans. The OCFO has no objections to this request, indicating that it is a necessary adjustment to support the ongoing operations of the Pathways program without establishing new programs or altering previously approved budget allocations.
