Council members and advocating for justice, while also serving as a substitute teacher and teaching English to immigrant communities.

Michelle was a devoted member of Israel Baptist Church, where she participated in various committees and served as a Missionary, embodying her faith through acts of generosity and compassion. Known for her vibrant personality, she enjoyed cooking, travel, and spending time with her family and friends. The resolution formally recognizes her contributions and the impact she made on her community, family, and friends, and it takes effect immediately.
