The Chief Financial Officer, Glen Lee, has reviewed the Mayor's request and indicated that the reprogramming will not adversely impact OCTO's budget or the District's financial plan. Although the reprogramming amount is below the $500,000 threshold requiring Council approval, it is noted that a previous reprogramming from OCTO has already been approved, resulting in a cumulative change exceeding that threshold. The funds are available due to vacancy savings, and failure to approve this request could impact grant compliance, although no other programs or services will be delayed as a result of this action.
