The proposed modification to Human Care Agreement No. CW119018 with DB Grant Associates, Inc. seeks to exercise option period one, extending the contract from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with a not-to-exceed amount of $3,147,062. Under this modification, DB Grant Associates, Inc. will continue to provide education, occupational training, and job placement services for 200 participants in the District's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
