The resolution confirms the reappointment of Frederick P. Moosally as the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration in the District of Columbia. This confirmation is in accordance with D.C. Official Code 25-207(a) and establishes that his new term will extend until July 14, 2029.

Upon adoption of the resolution, a copy will be transmitted to Moosally, the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Board, and the Mayor. The resolution is effective immediately following its passage by the Council of the District of Columbia.
