The resolution, titled the Science Advisory Board Mark Mogle Confirmation Resolution of 2025, confirms the appointment of Mark Mogle to the Science Advisory Board in the District of Columbia. Mogle, a forensic scientist residing in Ward 1, is not currently employed by the Department of Forensic Sciences or any law enforcement agency that provides forensic services to the District. His term on the board will last until April 18, 2028.

Upon adoption of the resolution, a copy will be transmitted to both the nominee, Mark Mogle, and the Mayor of the District of Columbia. The resolution is effective immediately following its adoption.
