The proposed bill seeks to modify Contract No. DCRL-2024-D-0073 with All Pro All Services (APAS) to exercise the first option year for transportation services provided to the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA). The modification will allow APAS to continue delivering necessary supervision, personnel, licenses, insurance, equipment, fuel, and operating supplies for these services at a not-to-exceed amount of $1,619,000. The period of performance for this contract modification is set from August 7, 2025, through August 6, 2026.

Additionally, the bill confirms that the total contract value, including the base year and the exercised option year, will amount to $3,238,000. The CFSA has certified that sufficient funds are available in the approved budget for fiscal year 2025 to meet the obligations of this contract, with future funding for fiscal year 2026 subject to the approval of the District's budget. The proposed contractor, APAS, has also been verified to be current with its District taxes and in compliance with the Campaign Finance Reform Amendment Act of 2018.
