The "Contract No. CW108863 with La Clnica del Pueblo, Inc. Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2025" is an emergency measure approved by the Council of the District of Columbia. This act authorizes the approval of Modification Nos. M0001, M0002, and M0003 to the existing contract with La Clnica del Pueblo, Inc., allowing for payment of up to $1.6 million for goods and services already received and to be received under this contract. The act is enacted notwithstanding certain procurement requirements, specifically those outlined in the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010.

The act will take effect upon approval by the Mayor and will remain in effect for a maximum of 90 days, in accordance with the provisions for emergency acts as specified in the District of Columbia Home Rule Act. Additionally, the Council adopts the fiscal impact statement from the Chief Financial Officer as part of the legislative process.
