Mayor Muriel Bowser has nominated Mr. Christopher Bell for appointment to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors, filling a vacancy left by Joslyn Williams. Mr. Bell currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the Conservation Fund and has extensive experience in housing finance and legal counsel, having previously worked at Fannie Mae and Ballard Spahr LLP. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas, a Master of Public Administration from Harvard, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas.
