The Mayor has provided biographical information highlighting Ms. Nedhari's extensive experience in youth development, reproductive health education, and program management, as well as her current pursuit of a Doctorate in Human Services.
The proposed resolution, titled the "Maternal Mortality Review Committee Aza Nedhari Confirmation Resolution of 2025," seeks to confirm Ms. Nedhari's reappointment. The resolution outlines the Council's intent to support her continued service on the committee, which plays a crucial role in addressing maternal health issues. Upon adoption, the resolution will be transmitted to both the nominee and the Office of the Mayor, and it is set to take effect immediately.
