Mr. Belzak is a seasoned leader with over 22 years of experience in national security and management consulting, having held various senior roles in both the public and private sectors. His recent positions include serving as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at the Export-Import Bank of the United States and Director of Homeland Defense Integration at the U.S. Department of Defense. He has also contributed to the District's homeland security efforts as Chairman of the Homeland Security Commission. Mr. Belzak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in Security and Resiliency, and he is a resident of Ward 2 in Washington, D.C.
