Dr. Johnson, a licensed doctor of chiropractic residing in Ward 6, is appointed for a term of two years, as established by the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985.

Upon adoption, the Council of the District of Columbia will transmit a copy of the resolution to both Dr. Johnson and the Mayor. The resolution is effective immediately following its adoption.
