The proposed Modification No. M00004 to Human Care Agreement No. CW104674 with Innovative Life Solutions, Inc. seeks to exercise option year two of the agreement, which will extend the contract from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, with a not-to-exceed amount of $1,614,292.68. This modification allows Innovative Life Solutions, Inc. to continue providing essential residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that are not covered by Medicaid. The funding for this contract is certified as available in the District's Local Budget and Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 2025, with additional funding contingent upon Congressional approval for Fiscal Year 2026.

Additionally, the modification includes an increase in the living wage rate to $17.50 effective January 1, 2025, and subsequently to $18.00 per hour starting July 1, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The modification is in compliance with the District's procurement practices and has been certified by the Office of the Chief Financial Officer as being within the appropriated budget authority for the agency.
