The bill titled "Modification Nos. M02, M03, M04, and M05 to Contract No. DCAM-24-NC-RFP-0003A with Jerome L. Taylor Trucking, Inc. Approval and Payment Authorization Emergency Act of 2025" seeks to approve several modifications to an existing contract with Jerome L.
