The resolution, titled the Zoning Commission Robert Miller Confirmation Resolution of 2025, confirms the reappointment of Mr. Robert Miller as a member of the Zoning Commission for the District of Columbia. This confirmation is in accordance with the Zoning Commission's establishment under the Act approved on March 1, 1920, which regulates building height, area, and use in the District. Mr. Miller's new term will extend until February 3, 2029.

Upon adoption of the resolution, a copy will be transmitted to both Mr. Miller and the Mayor of the District of Columbia. The resolution is effective immediately following its passage by the Council.
