The resolution, titled the Food Policy Council Rachel Clark Confirmation Resolution of 2025, confirms the reappointment of Rachel Clark as a public member of the Food Policy Council in the District of Columbia. This council was established under the Food Policy Council and Director Establishment Act of 2014. Rachel Clark, who resides in Ward 5, will serve a new term that extends until March 1, 2028.

Upon adoption of the resolution, a copy will be sent to both the nominee, Rachel Clark, and the Mayor of the District of Columbia. The resolution is effective immediately following its passage by the Council.
