The resolution, titled the Multiyear Contract Number 41-C-2024 with GMJ Facilities, L.L.C. Approval Resolution of 2025, authorizes a contract between the District of Columbia and GMJ Facilities, L.L.C. for janitorial services at select District of Columbia Housing Authority buildings. The contract is approved for a total amount not to exceed $223,826.48 and will be effective from the date of execution for a duration of two years.

Upon adoption, the Council will transmit a copy of the resolution to both the District of Columbia Housing Authority and the Mayor. The resolution also includes a fiscal impact statement adopted from the Chief Financial Officer and will take effect immediately upon passage.
