Dear Chairman Mendelson:
Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-
204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of2010 (D.C. Official Code§
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council ofthe District ofColumbia is a
proposed resolution, the "Multiyear Contract No. CWl 18505 with Intergraph Corporation d/b/a
Hexagon Corporation Emergency Approval Resolution of 2024," and the accompanying
emergency declaration resolution. The proposed contract is in the estimated amount of
$12,330,416.66 for the period ofJune 29, 2024, through June 28, 2029.
Under the proposed contract, Intergraph Corporation d/b/a Hexagon Corporation will provide
maintenance and support to the mission-critical Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for the
Office ofUnified Communications.

20 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
21 resolution may be cited as the "Multiyear Contract No. CWl 18505 with Intergraph Corporation
22 d/b/a Hexagon Corporation Emergency Approval Resolution of 2024".
23 Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451(c)(3) of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act,
24 approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code§ 1-204.51(c)(3)), the Council
25 approves multiyear Contract No. CWl 18505 with Intergraph Corporation d/b/a Hexagon
26 Corporation to maintain and support the mission-critical Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
27 system for the Office of Unified Communications in the not-to-exceed amount of
28 $12,330,416.66 for the period June 29, 2024, through June 28, 2029.
29 Sec. 3. Transmittal.
30 The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor.
31 Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement.
32 The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal
33 impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975,
34 approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a).
35 Sec. 5. Effective Date.
36 This resolution shall take effect immediately.
