Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-
204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is
proposed Modification No. M00005 to Contract No. CW92321 with Qlarant Quality Solutions,
Inc. to exercise option year three in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,712,906.38. The period of
performance is from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025.
Under the proposed modification, Qlarant Quality Solutions, Inc. will continue to conduct provider
certification reviews, including reviews of individual support plan utilization and service
coordination, and performance audits to ensure compliance with standards established by the
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Certification reviews also cover service providers
under the Individual and Family Support Waiver.
