18 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, that this
19 resolution may be cited as the "Corrections Information Council Governing Board Natasha
20 Dasher Confirmation Resolution of 2024".
21 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:

29 11201a of the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997,

31 seat formerly held by Charlie Whitaker, for the remainder of an unexpired term to end June 7,

33 Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution,
34 upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

Administrative Officer
 Provide budget input to the supervisor for the assigned program/projects, and supplies justification as to
the importance of efforts and the consequences of not providing the necessary funding.
 Prepare communications such as the development of mission statements, special reports, etc. within
assigned areas and respond in oral and written form to requests for information by determining the nature
of the information required and assembling the material using the appropriate format and style based on
needs and organization.
 Interpret regulations for the States, DOE field offices, and professional organizations with respect to

Natasha Dasher
Ms. Natasha Dasher currently serves as the Administrative Officer for
the Federal Energy Management Program at the Department of Energy.
In this role, she provides budget input and justifications for assigned
projects, prepares communications such as mission statements and
reports, and interprets regulations related to energy efficiency and
renewable energy initiatives. She has over 20 years’ experience growing
businesses.
Aside from being career driven, Ms. Dasher is very passionate about her
community. As a returning citizen, she has made it her life mission to
help women realize their true love, themselves. A mother to one
daughter and two grandchildren, she has helped many children, women, and men see their true
potential through business development, operational strategy, and being a true community
advocate.
A Ward 6 resident, Ms. Dasher studied Business Administration at Delaware State University.
