19 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
20 resolution may be cited as the “Commission on Health Equity Dr. Nura Green Lane
21 Appointment Resolution of 2024”.

31 2016, effective October 8, 2016 (D.C. Law 21-160; D.C. Official Code § 7-756.01(c)(1)(B)), to
32 serve at the pleasure of the Council.
33 Sec. 3. The Councilofthe District of Columbia shall transmit a copyofthis resolution,
34 upon its adoption, to the appointee, the chairperson of the Commission, and to the Officeofthe
35 Mayor.
36 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
