19 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
20 resolution may be cited as the “Commission on Health Equity Delia L. Houseal Reappointment
21 Resolution of 2024”.

30 Commission on Health Equity Amendment Act of 2016, effective October 8, 2016 (D.C. Law
31 21-160; D.C, Official Code § 7-756.01) to serve a 3-year term to end July 7, 2027.
32 Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copyofthis resolution,
33 upon its adoption, to the appointee, the chairperson of the Commission, and to the Officeof the
34 Mayor.
35 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
