17 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, that this
18 resolution may be cited as the "Real Estate Commission Ericka Black Confirmation Resolution
19 of 2024".
20 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Ms. Ericka S. Black is a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty and a current
member of the Real Estate Commission.
Ms. Black consistently ranks in the Top 100 agents within Coldwell Banker’s
30 Mid-Atlantic Region officers. As a highly recognized and sought-after
residential and commercial Realtor, Ms. Black wants to financially empower
others through real estate investment. Ms. Black remains adept at anticipating
market shifts and continues to offer a valuable perspective when selling and
purchasing different types of homes. Ms. Black also served as Ward 7D
Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner and Treasurer, where she advocated for a wide array of
