Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-

204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §

2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is

proposed Modification No. M0017 to Contract No. CW90941 with Aramark Correctional

Services, LLC to exercise option year three in the not-to-exceed amount of $5,965,728. The period

of performance is from September 15, 2024 through September 14, 2025.

Under the proposed modification, Aramark Correctional Services, LLC, will continue providing

the Department of Corrections with inmate food management services.

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), certifies funding in the Department of

Corrections’ Operating Budget in the amount of $5,965,728.00 for Inmate Food Services

(Aramark Correctional Services L.L.C. - CW90941) for September 15, 2024 through September

14, 2025 OY3: (1) $245,166.90 is contingent upon approval of the Fiscal Year 2024 supplemental

budget and (2) $5,720,561.10 is contingent on an approved budget for Fiscal Year 2025.

Future orders above the funds available are contingent upon the identification of additional

funding.
