17 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, that this
18 resolution may be cited as the "Board of Funeral Directors Randolph B. Horton Confirmation
19 Resolution of 2024".
20 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Randolph B. Horton
Mr. Randolph Bowman Horton is the President and CEO of RN Horton
Co. Morticians, Inc and a current member of the Board of Funeral
Directors
Mr. Horton has owned and operated his company for over 20 years and
is a current Committee Member of both the Virginia Morticians
Association and National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association.
Mr. Horton is a graduate of the International Cemetery Crematory
Funeral Association and is a licensed Funeral Director in Washington,
DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Mr. Horton is an engaged community
leader in youth sports, religious missions, and nonprofit services.
A Ward 5 resident, Mr. Horton earned his associate of arts from the University of the District of
Columbia.
