Dear Chairman Mendelson:
Pursuant to D. C. Official Code §2-352.02a, enclosed for consideration and approval by the
Council of the District of Columbia is the proposed legislation and proposed Modification No.
Ten (10) to Contract No. CFOPD-19-C-041 with Intralot, Inc. to partially exercise a two-year
portion of Option Period One (1) in the not to exceed amount of $86,125.00.00. The period of
performance is from July 16, 2024, to July 15, 2026.
Under the proposed modification, Intralot, Inc. shall continue to provide sports wagering, lottery
gaming systems and related services on behalf of Office of Lottery and Gaming.

9 To approve the two-year partial exercise of the multiyear option period of Contract No. CFOPD-19-
10 C-04 l with Intralot, Inc. to provide Sports Wagering, Lottery Gaming Systems and Related Services to
11 the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Lottery and Gaming.
12 R ESOLVE D, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA , That this
13 resolution may be cited as the " Contract No . CFOPD- l 9-C-041 , Sports Wagering, Lottery Gaming
14 Systems and Related Services Approval Resolution of 2024."
15 Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to Section 45 l of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved
16 December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51 ), the Council approves the two-
17 year partial exercise of the multiyear year option period of Contract No. CFOPD-19-C-041 with
18 Intra lot, Inc. for Sports Wagering, Lottery Gaming Systems and Related Services to the Office of the
19 Chief Financial Officer, Office of Lottery and Gaming.
20 (b) The period of performance is from July 16, 2024, to July 15 , 2026 in the not-to-
21 exceed amount of $86,125,000.
22 Sec. 3. The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement as requ ired by section 4a of the General
23 Legislative Procedures Act of 1975 , approved October 16, 2006 ( 120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official
24 Code§ l-31.47a).
25 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
