IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
June 11, 2024
To confirm the appointment of Dr. Miriam Michael to the Board of Medicine.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Board of Medicine Miriam Michael Confirmation Resolution of
2024”.
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:
Dr. Miriam Michael
18th Street, NW
Washington, DC 20010
(Ward 1)
as a physician licensed to practice in the District member of the Board of Medicine, established
by section 203 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, effective
March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3-1202.03), replacing Christopher
Raczynski, for the remainder of an unexpired term to end August 3, 2024, and for a subsequent
term to end August 3, 2027.
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
