through Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. marketed the program to over 50 major national and
international insurers, including Zurich, for quotes. After numerous discussions with all of these
insurers (approximately 40 declined to offer a quote) it was determined that none of them could

terms the District would receive to maintain the insurance program’s coverage for its real property
assets without interruption is to renew the Zurich policy.
