16 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
17 resolution may be cited as the “Citizen Review Panel Dr. Tyra Moore Appointment Resolution
18 of 2024”,
19 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia appoints:

25 as a member of the Citizen Review Panel, established by section 351of the Preventionof Child
26 Abuse and Neglect Act of 1977, effective April 12, 2005 (D.C. Law 15-341; D.C. Official Code
21 § 4-1303.51), replacing Emily Smith Goering, for a term to end April 11, 2025.
28 Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copyof this resolution,
29 upon its adoption, to the appointee, the chairperson of the Citizen Review Panel, and to the
30 Offfice of the Mayor.
31 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
