17 resolution may be cited as the "Interagency Council on Homelessness Reginald Black
18 Confirmation Resolution of 2024".

Reginald Black
Reginald Black is a canvasser for the Street Sense organization in
Washington, DC and a current memberofthe Interagency
Council on Homelessness.
Mr. Black is a memberofthe homeless population, He is also an
actor, filmmaker, writer, street vendor, and activist. Mr. Black has
been unable to maintain affordable housing due to factors
including the rising cost of living and his personal experiences
with unemployment from homelessness. He continually works
hard to make lasting positive changes for those experiencing
homelessness in the District through his work with the National
Coalition for the Homeless Speakers Bureau, Street Sense, the Interagency Council on
Homelessness, and the Fair Budget Coalition.
A Ward 4 resident, Mr. Black attended Montgomery College for International Business.
