Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-
204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is
proposed Modification No. M0004 to Contract No. CW94883 with CDW Government LLC to
exercise option year two in the minimum amount of $1,000 and maximum amount of $30,000,000.
The period of performance is from December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2024.
Under the proposed modification, CDW Government LLC shall continue to provide the District
with Microsoft products and services.

1. Section B.3.3, Option Year Two, CLIN 2001 the maximum total price is increased by
$15,000,000.00 from $15,000,000.00 to $30,000,000.00 to account for the increase of Microsoft
products and services.
2. In accordance with Section 5, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, the District hereby
exercises Option Year Two, to extend the period of performance from December 1, 2023 through
November 30, 2024 for the minimum amount of $1,000.00 and the maximum amount of
$30,000,000.00
