16. RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
17 resolution may be cited as the “Citizen Review Panel Elizabeth Mohler Reappointment
18 Resolution of 2023”.

26 Abuse and Neglect Act of 1977, effective April 12, 2005 (D.C. Law 15-341; D.C. Official Code
27 § 4-1303.51), for
a term to end April 11, 2024.
28 Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copyofthis resolution,
29 upon its adoption, to the appointee, the chairperson of the Citizen Review Panel, and to the
30 Offfice of the Mayor.
31 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
