The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of: 21 22 Mr. Kavin Coates 23 D Street, NE 24 Washington, DC 20002 25 (Ward 7) 26 27 as the Ward 7 representative member of the Commission on Poverty, pursuant to section 102 of 28 the Commission on Poverty Establishment Amendment Act of 2020, effective March 16, 2021 29 (D.C.
