204.51) and section 202of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Councilof the District of Columbia is
proposed Modification No. 04 to Contract No. DCRL-2023-C-0030 with Collaborative Solutions
for Communities, to exercise option year one in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,107,154.56. The
periodofperformance is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.
Under the proposed contract modification, Collaborative Solutions for Communities shall continue
to provide community-based child welfare services.
