204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010 (D.C. Official Code §
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Councilofthe District of Columbia is
proposed Modification No. MODO16 to Contract No. DCRL-2020-C-0103 with Edgewood
Brookland Family Support Collaborative to exercise option year three in the not-to-exceed amount
of $1,935,256.96. The periodofperformance is from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
Under the proposed modification, Edgewood Brookland Family Support Collaborative shall
continue to provide community-based child welfare services.

The Citywide Clean Hands Database, by the accompanying report dated August 2, 2023, indicates that
Edgewood Brookland Family Support Collaborative is current with its District taxes.

(D) A statement that the proposed contract is within the appropriated budget authority for the agency
for the fiscal year and is consistent with the financial plan and budget adopted in accordance with
D.C. Official Code §§ 47-392.01 and 47-392.02:
The CFSA agency fiscal officer has certified that the agency has in its approved budget for fiscal year
2024 sufficient funds to meet the obligations of the proposed contract. The FY2024 funds are subject to
approval of the FY2024 budget.
