Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-
204.51) and section 202 ofthe Procurement Practices Reform Act of2010 (D.C. Official Code§
2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is
proposed Modification No. 6 to Contract No. DCKA-2021-C-0082 with Lyft Bikes and Scooters,
LLC (Lyft) to exercise option year two in the not-to-exceed amount of$12,203,098.60. The period
ofperformance is from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.
Under the proposed modification, Lyft shall continue to provide operation, maintenance,
marketing, and expansion services for the capital bikeshare system.

In accordance with Contract No. DCKA-2021-C-0082 § F.2 – Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, the District
hereby exercises Option Year Two as follows:
The period of performance of the contract is extended from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. The Option
Year Two ceiling is Not-to-Exceed $12,203,098.60.
