Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (D.C. Official Code § 1-

204.51) and section 202 of the Procurement Practices Reform Actof 2010 (D.C. Official Code §

2-352.02), enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the District of Columbia is

proposed Modification No. Mod020 to Contract No. DCRL-2020-C-0104 with Far Southeast

Family Strengthening Collaborative to exercise option year three in the not-to-exceed amount of

$2,553,586.13. The periodofperformance is from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024.

Under the proposed modification, Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative shall

continue to provide community-based child welfare services.

    agency for the fiscal year and is consistent with the financial plan and budget adopted in

    accordance with D.C. Official Code §§ 47-392.01 and 47-392.02:

The CFSA Agency Fiscal Officer has certified that the agency has in its budget for fiscal year 2024,

sufficient funds to meet the obligations of the proposed contract. The FY2024 funds are subject to

approval of the FY2024 budget.
